Hi, I’m Martin Fassett, owner of No Limit Fitness. Thank you for taking the time to check-out my website. I am a Personal Trainer, Running Coach and amateur athlete. I love sports, fitness and the outdoors. I believe that by building a strong body, that has good posture, you will have greater ability to cope with everyday life, your job or whatever your sport throws at you. I love working with committed and determined people of all abilities, helping them to achieve their goals, change their lifestyles for the better and believe that there is No Limit to what they can accomplish! My ethos is to make every workout count, to use exercises that will give maximum benefit and keep it enjoyable. As a qualified Personal Trainer, I will design an effective, bespoke fitness programme which will help you achieve your goals. As your Personal Trainer I will always motivate you, measure your performance to ensure continuous improvement and give you someone to be accountable to. Goals can be anything from improving your sports performance, quality of life, overall health, recovery from injury, to helping you prepare for an event / challenge or increasing your happiness with your body. These can be achieved by building your body strength, toning, building muscle, improving cardio/stamina, losing weight and correcting postural imbalances or movement patterns. You can train either one-to-one or with a partner.

About Me

In 2009, I found the inspiration for changing my career and lifestyle when I watched a friend compete in an Ironman competition (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile cycle and a 26.2 mile marathon). Motivated by the stamina and emotions that I witnessed, I came home and registered for the event for the following year. I have now completed four full Ironman competitions, and spend my leisure time doing the things I enjoy most: triathlons, cycling, (road and mountain bike), running, walking, swimming and weight training.
My primary aim as a Personal Trainer is to provide a professional, personal, friendly, high quality and most of all enjoyable training service. I can devise specific programmes that will help you achieve your goals quickly, ensure that you perform exercises safely and effectively and give you the encouragement and extra motivation you need to attain maximum results.
