“…push your limits, reach maximum potential”
Hi, I’m Martin Fassett, owner of No Limit Fitness. Thank you for taking the time to check-out my website.
I am a Personal Trainer, Running Coach and amateur athlete. I love sports, fitness and the outdoors.
I believe that by building a strong body, that has good posture, you will have greater ability to cope with everyday life, your job or whatever your sport throws at you.
I love working with committed and determined people of all abilities, helping them to achieve their goals, change their lifestyles for the better and believe that there is No Limit to what they can accomplish!
My ethos is to make every workout count, to use exercises that will give maximum benefit and keep it enjoyable.
It would be great to talk to you about how I can help you achieve your goals in a way that is convenient for you either in person or online.
“…when we move efficiently the body recruits the right muscles for the job.”
As a qualified Personal Trainer, I will design an effective, bespoke fitness programme which will help you achieve your goals.
As your Personal Trainer I will always motivate you, measure your performance to ensure continuous improvement and give you someone to be accountable to.
Goals can be anything from improving your sports performance, quality of life, overall health, recovery from injury, to helping you prepare for an event / challenge or increasing your happiness with your body.
These can be achieved by building your body strength, toning, building muscle, improving cardio/stamina, losing weight and correcting postural imbalances or movement patterns.
You can train either one-to-one or with a partner.
Alice Gould; “I had been enjoying running but my knee started to hurt. Having to stop that meant that I was feeling unfit (and a bit fat!). I started training with Martin hoping to regain a little fitness and keep toned. Working with Martin achieved that and more. Each week Martin brings something new for me to try, which means that training is never boring and keeps me feeling challenged. In addition Martin looked at what was causing the knee pain and we have been doing lots of different strengthening exercises to straighten everything out. I am over the moon to not only be able to go running again, I have now completed my first half marathon and am about to do my second. Martin has written me weekly running schedules for each day whilst meeting with me once a week to check strength and progress, and to set achievable realistic targets. And its all actually been a lot of fun! Whatever your goals, obstacles or your starting point I cannot recommend enough that you go and see Martin. It doesn’t feel like he’s doing this just because it’s a job either, Martin makes you feel like your goals matter to him too. If it wasn’t for him I’m pretty sure I’d still be sitting on the sofa, wishing I was fitter!”
I work from the Trimnasium Fitness Centre in Cheltenham which consists of a functional fitness gym, free-weights, cardio equipment and a two lane 20 metre indoor Sprint Track.
“With a mixture of tyres, ropes, sledge hammers, TRX, prowler, PowerBags and many more toys you are NEVER in danger of being bored or left wanting to avoid a training session”.

In 2009, I found the inspiration for changing my career and lifestyle when I watched a friend compete in an Ironman competition (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile cycle and a 26.2 mile marathon). Motivated by the stamina and emotions that I witnessed, I came home and registered for the event for the following year. I have now completed four full Ironman competitions, and spend my leisure time doing the things I enjoy most: triathlons, cycling, (road and mountain bike), running, walking, swimming and weight training.
My primary aim as a Personal Trainer is to provide a professional, personal, friendly, high quality and most of all enjoyable training service. I can devise specific programmes that will help you achieve your goals quickly, ensure that you perform exercises safely and effectively and give you the encouragement and extra motivation you need to attain maximum results.
