Run Coaching

3 parts to my Run Coaching; Video Analysis, Technique Coaching and Event Run Plans.  These can be done in-person or online.

This video is of the same person running at the same speed on a treadmill. The video to the left is when she originally came to me. The video on the right is after going through a mixture of strength and mobility exercises, and run technique coaching.

Video Analysis

I write custom running programs for you, which are tailored to your ability, goals and to fit in with your personal life. Unlike generic programs which don’t take in what happened during your previous week of training (i.e. illness, bad runs, niggles), I adjust my plans weekly based on your feedback, therefore keeping your training manageable and reducing the chances of injury.

 

Technique Coaching

By running with good technique, you improve your efficiency. Improve your efficiency and you can run further, faster and lower your risk of injury.
